Sometimes when I do this in the dhall, I add a drop of yogurt. It makes the dressing thicker and creamier and you can use less oil. :)

After 2 days of Cleanse (no eating) dropped another 5lbs, but I feel like it’s going to come back once I start eating.
Balsamic Vinaigrette:
[] Balsamic Vinegar (2tbs)
[] Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1tbs)
[] Honey (1tbs)
[] Dijon Mustard (1tsp)
[] Lemon and lemon zest (1-2tbs)
[] Salt and pepper (pinches)

5th Day
Short and simple. I got this in the mail today:
*Drum Roll* 5 days later, lost about 5-7 lbs. I’m not too sure because the last time I weighed my self was during winter break at home. And I’m not too sure where I hover after the last weigh in. Some friends have noted less swelling of the face and I do feel lighter in my steps (may be all in the head). KEEP IT AT!
Isagenix Diet, Day 2&3
This second day of this diet was the most challenging. Hunger pains like no other. But I’m just glad I willed through it. It was more of a blur than anything. Kept myself occupied by studying all day which distracted me. So thankful for all my friends. They all tried to hide food around me so I won’t feel hungry.
