I'm quite different from you, but we're not too different.

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

After 2 days of Cleanse (no eating) dropped another 5lbs, but I feel like it’s going to come back once I start eating.

Balsamic Vinaigrette:

[] Balsamic Vinegar (2tbs)

[] Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1tbs)

[] Honey (1tbs)

[] Dijon Mustard (1tsp)

[] Lemon and lemon zest (1-2tbs)

[] Salt and pepper (pinches)

The recipes I found usually calls for 1:1:1 ratio for the vinegar, oil and honey… I felt like it may be too heavy. So instead, whisk together everything except the oil until well incorporated. Drizzle oil in WHILE whisking to emulsify it. I really don’t remember the exact recipe, I eyeballed everything. Then, toss in some salad. I looove balsamic vinegar, the tartness in makes it a side that cuts down any fats in proteins. (FYI from my doctor, lettuces light in color (romaine/iceberg) are mostly water and not that fulfilling. Try dark green greens (garden mixes) which contains much fiber and nutrients for salad).

Oh by the way, my friend, Yulia @toshokan, made some bombass chicken yesterday. She said she marinated the chicken in buttermilk and other spices then took it out and threw it in the oven. MUST TRY.

and a big shout out to @dorthvader… HAPPY BIRTHDAY WOMAN. Best entertainment ever.
